CR2025 Coin Cell Case Sets

CR2025 coin cell hardware kit, high-purity 304 stainless steel (SS304, austenitic, non-ferromagnetic), standard CR2025 dimensions (Ø20mm × 2.5mm height). Each set includes positive cap, negative cap, funnel-shaped spring (OD15.4mm × 1.1mm thick), and spacer (OD15.8mm × 0.5mm thick); 100 sets per pack. Components are multi-stage ultrasonically cleaned (DI water + anhydrous ethanol), oven-dried, and glovebox-ready—no pre-treatment required. Spring provides uniform contact pressure; spacer optimized for standard electrode stack thickness. Compatible with EC, DMC, EMC, PC and other common Li/Na organic electrolyte systems. For Li-ion half-cell/full-cell, Na-ion battery, and solid-state battery prototype assembly and electrochemical cycling tests.
